Meet The Team

John manages our HR team and is responsible for service delivery. He is also an established HR Consultant and has had an extensive career in HR for over 30 years. John has significant experience across all areas of HR, including employee relations, TUPE, redundancy and training.

Jenna has several years of experience within HR and supports our clients on a range of HR subjects. Jenna also has extensive HR systems knowledge and is an expert in using Breathe HR and People HR, as well as Hireful Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Jenna is a Chartered Member of the CIPD as well as holding an MSc in HR Management. Jenna has experience in all areas of HR with significant experience supporting SMEs, including family business, manufacturing, professional services and hospitality.

Calum has a great understanding of our business and our clients’ requirements. He brings extensive expertise to our team, offering tailored solutions to enhance our clients’ human resource strategies. He provides invaluable guidance, ensuring our clients effectively navigate HR challenges and optimise their workforce for success. Calum is a line manager for our admin support team.

Claire supports our clients on a range of HR matters and has significant experience across a range of sectors including manufacturing, aviation, and retail. A specialist in Employee Relations, Claire has worked in unionised environments and is proactive at helping businesses foster good relationships with Trade Unions or established Employee Forums. Claire is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a keen interest in employment law updates and managing ER cases.

Sharon is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has many years of HR experience in a variety of roles including HR Manager. She provides expert guidance and support to optimise HR strategies, policies and procedures in SMEs and has experience working in manufacturing, car rental and the third sector.

She has a wide range of HR knowledge and has worked with People HR, Moneysoft and Rotacloud. Sharon has a PGDE in Teaching and is also a Mental Health First Aider. She has developed and delivered training on numerous HR topics including mental health, disciplinary hearings and absence management.

Chloe plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to our clients. With a blend of on-site and remote assistance, Chloe ensures that organisations receive high quality HR services tailored to their unique requirements.

Chloe provides a range of HR support including advice on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and policy reviews. Chloe is also our in-house Breathe HR expert, ensuring that our clients get the best out of the software. Chloe is also currently studying her CIPD qualification, having previously graduated with an Honours degree in HR & Marketing.

Courtney adds value to our existing clients and provides support in a range of areas, including handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, onboarding and offboarding. Courtney plays a vital role in supporting HR Admin operation tasks ensuring accurate and smooth admin operations are carried out.

Georgia is part of our HR Admin Support team, playing a vital role with organising interviews for our clients, helping recruitment and providing general HR support across the board. As part of the admin support team, Georgia helps across a number of clients, adding value throughout.

Rennie is our Digital Marketing Assistant. Rennie is responsible for driving our digital marketing & social media output as well as taking a proactive approach towards business development. Further to this, Rennie also assists a number of clients with their marketing activities.

Mags is an occupational health expert who manages and protects the health of people in the workplace. When employees approach Mags with work related health issues, she works hard to find a solution that works for them.

She not only helps to identify work-related problems, she also works hard to prevent possible problems too. She not only supports employees, she also works with managers, the HR team, and safety experts to promote good health at work.
