Outsourced HR Services West Lothian

25 September 2020 | Blog

Following Pauline Donnelly joining the team, we’re happy to now be operating outsourced HR services West Lothian, Falkirk, and M8/M9 corridor. Our Livingston office is based at Fairways Business Park.

Pauline joined us on Monday 17 August as an HR Consultant, bringing with her a wealth of HR experience. She’s previously worked with Robertson Group, Edinburgh College, and Biomar. This included supporting managers on a range of HR subjects.

Pauline will be helping our clients with all things HR. This includes redundancy, managing performance, absence, discipline and grievance. Pauline is a true HR generalist (her words during interview!) and will also deliver various workshops for managers.

‘My first few weeks have been really busy and have gone by so quickly. It feels like I have been here a lot longer than just 3 weeks, I do feel a part of the team already. I’ve enjoyed meeting some of our clients, mostly online, but I have also been out to a few sites. It is lovely to meet people and I am looking forward to getting out and meeting more of our clients very soon.’

Expanding The Team

We’ve been working on growing our team for outsourced HR services West Lothian over the last couple of years. In addition, we’re glad covid-19 hasn’t halted our plans. We know this is a very difficult time for many and we’re making it our goal to continue to grow our team in the future. Growing our team will also help us to continue to add value to our clients.

We already support clients across the whole of Scotland. With a huge shift towards online meetings, we’re ideally placed to continue to support businesses with cost effective HR support.

Alistair Booth, Managing Director of The HR Booth commented. “We’ve been working on expanding our team over the years and we paused some of our plans earlier in the year due to Covid-19. However, it’s become clear our clients continue to need more support. This is with many challenges on the horizon around potential redundancies, end of the furlough scheme, and local lockdowns. Challenges also includes mental health. We’re delighted to welcome Pauline to help further support our clients and grow our business within West Lothian and throughout Scotland. Pauline has already made a positive impact.

We’re already seeing demand for cost-effective, practical outsourced HR services West Lothian increasing. The team are well placed to not only support our existing clients but other businesses that will rely on dedicated HR advice in the future.” If you need HR support, contact us at info@thehrbooth.co.uk or call 01506 538949. https://www.thehrbooth.co.uk/about-hr-consultant-scotland
