Pick & Mix in the Maldives? Sounds good to us!

This week we spoke to one of our HR Consultants, Lynn. Have a read below to find out her dream holiday and whose job she would swap with for one day only!

1. How long have you worked for The HR Booth? I have worked with the HR Booth since August 2023.

2. What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like?  My job role is HR Consultant. A typical day in my role …. All I think I can say is varied. We could deal with anything from absence management to settlement agreements in a typical day. Very reactive to the client needs.

3. What can you support clients with? I can support clients with all aspects of HR. Absence Management, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Contracts, Handbooks, Policies, Restructures, Redundancies, TUPE Transfers, Settlement Agreements, Training, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Reports.

4. What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth? My favourite part of working with The HR Booth is most definitely the people. No doubt about it. We do have the ‘dream’ team and the new office is a great place to work every day.

5. If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there? I want to be on an island in the Maldives having one of those floating breakfasts that influencers post on Instagram.

6. If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you? My joggies, a Coleen Hoover book, pick n mix.

7. If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why? I would say Alistair just to sit at the boss’s desk.
