How long have you worked for The HR Booth?

I have been working for The HR Booth since October 2023.

What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like?

My job role is HR Assistant. A typical day would be providing administrative assistance to our clients including- monitoring their HR mailbox and dealing with any queries, creating, and sending out contracts, dealing with sickness absences and conducting Return to Works, onboarding of employees and providing any other admin support that our clients require.

What can you support clients with?

I can support clients with all aspects of administrative support including onboarding, reviewing policies, staff handbooks and documentation, letter writing, and I love creating a spreadsheet – to help make our clients admin processes all that bit smoother!

What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth?

I love the variety of work at The HR Booth and that no two days are the same. The work is also very fast paced which I enjoy as I love a challenge. I also love the team ethos and the values of the company as you are truly valued as a team member and always supported.

If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there?

I would love to visit America – New York, Nashville and New Orleans are on my bucket list!

If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you?

If I was stuck on a deserted island I would take dry shampoo, a hairbrush, and my phone – as they are the 3 things I can’t live without!

If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why?

If I could swap jobs with anyone in the office for the day, it would be Alistair – to see what its like to be the boss!
