Meet The Team: Janine

by | Blog

New York at Christmas time sounds like the dream!

Janine has only been with us for 3 months so let’s get to know her better:

1. How long have you worked for The HR Booth? I have worked at The HR Booth for 3 months (at the end of April).

2. What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like? I am a HR Administrator and I provide support to the team on recruitment and administrative tasks. It can range from arranging interviews through to issuing out fixed term extension letters.

3. What can you support clients with? The recruitment process end to end and any HR administration tasks.

4. What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth? I enjoy working with the team there is a wide variety of knowledge and I have learned a lot in the 3 months I have been working here. I enjoy that not one day is the same there is a range of tasks I can be asked to support with.

5. If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there? Might be bizarre as I always wish I could be in the sun, but I would love to visit New York at Christmas and see the Christmas tree at the Rockerfeller Centre & ice skate.

6. If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you? I would take my little boy & hubby and suncream…..as I’m prone to getting burnt!

7. If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why? That’s a hard one with just being here 3 months…it would be one of the consultants just to be able to have their thought process and give advice to our clients.
