HR Consultant Business: Promotion at The HR Booth

by | Blog

We are delighted to announce as a HR Consultant business that after two months at The HR Booth, Katy has been promoted to HR Consultant. This is a fantastic achievement and a true reflection of the positive impression she has made during her time here. She originally joined us as part of our admin support team, however we knew it wouldn’t be long before she joined the consultant side.

Before joining us, Katy built up significant HR experience in her previous role at TechnipFMC, where she held the position of HR Business Partner. Her strong background in HR has provided her with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in her new role as a Consultant. It will also help in supporting our clients across a wide range of HR and people-related needs. Katy has made a positive impression in her time with us, and she has settled in extremely well to life at The HR Booth. Katy’s previous HR experience will stand her in good stead as she moves into this new role.

Speaking about her promotion, Katy said:

”Delighted to start working closer alongside our range of clients to best support them with their HR/People needs. I am loving my time with The HR Booth and look forward to continuing in the team in my new role!

Our Founder, Alistair Booth, also commented on Katy’s achievement, saying:
