HR Consultancy Edinburgh

15 June 2021 | Blog

As we’ve focused on growing our team, we’re delighted to have more capacity to support even more businesses and operate as a HR Consultancy Edinburgh and Lothian.

We already support a wide range of clients in Edinburgh with their recruitment and HR function. Although we have grown the team at a fast rate, we maintain the benefits that a small business brings but with even more value. Unlike larger companies, we focus on building relationships with our clients so they know they have a dedicated team ready to support them on the other end of the phone or on a face-to-face basis. Welcoming 7 new staff to the team has meant that we can continue to have a close relationship with our clients and help them with any HR related issues that they may face.

We currently have 3 HR Consultants, 3 HR Advisors, a HR Assistant, and a Recruitment and HR Administrator. Our team all hold various HR qualifications. Alistair is Chartered FCIPD whilst Claire, John and Jenna are all MCIPD qualified. Jenna, Ailsa, and Ann also recently completed their FAA Mental Health First Aid training.

We support clients across the UK. Although remote working is here to stay, we know some businesses still want face to face HR support. Many of our HR experts are based in and around Edinburgh. In addition, they are all well placed to support face to face HR activities within Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Expanding The HR Consultancy Edinburgh and the Lothians

We have accelerated our plans on growing our team this year to give our clients access to even more HR experts around Scotland and the UK. We know many businesses are having a tough time and we’re making it our goal to help as much as possible.

The HR Booth already support clients across the UK. With a huge shift towards people operating their business more virtually, we are ideally placed to continue to support our clients with cost effective, practical HR support.

Alistair, Managing Director: “We’ve been working on expanding our team over the years and we paused some of our plans in March 2020 due to COVID-19. However, it’s become clear our clients continue to need more support. This is due to many challenges on the horizon around the end of the furlough scheme, potential redundancies, staff retention, and the move to a hybrid working model. Mental health has also been a challenge many employers have needed support with.

We’re already seeing demand for cost-effective outsourced HR services increasing. The team are well placed to not only support our existing clients but other businesses that will rely on dedicated HR advice in the future.”
