How a Yes Vote in Scotland’s Referendum Will Impact HR

I was honoured to be approached last week from Washington by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) to get my thoughts on what a yes vote would mean for HR in Scotland.

For those of you that don’t know, the Society for Human Resource Management is the world’s largest HR membership organisation devoted to human resource management. Representing more than 275,000 members in over 160 countries, the Society is the leading provider of resources to serve the needs of HR professionals and advance the professional practice of human resource management.
