We Won a Courier Business Award!

by | Blog

We are absolutely delighted that we won Small Business of the Year at the Courier Business Awards on on 30th October 2021! It was a brilliant evening and it was great to catch up with our fab team socially.

It means a lot that our efforts have been recognised in this way and I’m really proud of the team. We have grown quickly this year and that has meant a lot of new faces, working remotely, and in a hybrid setting. However, despite these challenges, everyone has responded fantastically.

It was also brilliant seeing the team enjoy themselves. It’s really rewarding to see the relationships and friendships they have all built up by working at The HR Booth. HR is all about the people after all!

Small Business Award in Fife

The Small business award, sponsored by Coast Renewable Services, celebrates small businesses that play an important part in contributing to the local economy. This award was specifically for businesses with between 1 and 15 employees. The key criteria included:
  • Commitment to developing workplace talent
  • Demonstrate innovation and service excellence
  • Proof of strategy for growth

We were up against three other fantastic businesses including MadeAt94, The Malting House, and Versus Financial PlanningWell done to all the other finalists and to the organisers for making the night such a success.

Thank You!

We’d like to thank The Courier Business Awards, and Henderson Loggie for a fantastic evening. It was a privilege to be part of a really good night with some amazing businesses in the room.

It was also nice for a couple of clients that were present to take time out to congratulate us and tell us we’re doing great things and to give us positive feedback.

Finally, thank you to the team for all that you do and to our clients and suppliers who give us the opportunity to do the work we love. Since announcing that we won the Courier Business Award for Small Business, the feedback and support from our clients has been unbelievable. It really means a lot to receive this positive feedback from our wonderful clients.
