Meet The Team: Sharon

Happy One Year Anniversary Sharon – it’s been a pleasure!

What better way to celebrate than finding out a bit more about her – let’s get into it!

P.S. good luck getting to John’s ‘comfortable’ chair!

1. How long have you worked for The HR Booth? Since 9th May 2023, so one complete year!

2. What’s your job role and what does a typical day look like? I’m an HR Consultant so a typical day can include a bit of everything, it depends on my cases, projects and client enquires. I always enjoy conversations with clients and colleagues, solving problems and being productive.

3. What can you support clients with? I  am the friendly voice when they call with question or issue, and my aim is to provide support so when they hang up the phone, they feel much better. I love listening to problems, finding solutions, and taking the weight off so clients can concentrate on their business.

4. What do you enjoy most about The HR Booth? I enjoy the teamwork atmosphere. It’s a very supportive environment and an excellent place to develop more HR knowledge and skills.

5. If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go and what would you want to experience there? I love history and culture so somewhere like Egypt would be on my bucket list.

6. If you were stuck on a deserted island, what 3 items would you bring with you? My kids, lip balm and good music.

7. If you could swap jobs with anyone in the office for a day, who would it be, and why? I  would probably swap with John. I want to sit in his chair and dish out some wisdom the way he does. I might not be very helpful in every aspect, but it would be funny.
